The 2012 Annual Seminar on Workers' Compensation will be held Thursday, October 25 at the Boise Centre.

How do I register? (top)
In year's past, we've accepted registration forms via email, fax, and mail. This year, all registration will be electronic. All you have to do is register online! It's fast, easy, and saves paper and postage!
How much does the seminar cost? (top)
Registration fees for the 2012 Annual Seminar on Workers' Compensation are as follows:
- $110.00 If registered and paid on or before August 24 Save $20.00!
- $130.00 If registered and paid after August 24

What does my registration fee include? (top)
Your registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, parking at any downtown parking garage, all meals and snacks, continuing education credits, and a notebook and pen to take notes.
Where do I park? (top)
Your parking permit is valid at any Downtown Public Parking garage.
I'm coming from out of town; where should I stay? (top)
The Industrial Commission has reserved a block of rooms at the Springhill Suites Boise Parkcenter. Rates are $75 per night and include a king bed, hot continental breakfast, and complementary shuttle to the airport and the Boise Centre.
What's for lunch? (top)
Lunch and breaks are provided on-site as a part of your registration fee. Included meals consist of:
BREAKFAST
Assorted breakfast pastries, cakes and muffins
Chilled fruit juices, freshly brewed coffee, decaf and tea
LUNCH
Spinach and Feta Salad with toasted pine nuts, mandarin oranges, feta cheese, sun dried cherries, and raspberry vinaigrette
Grilled Top Sirloin with Roasted Garlic Demi-glace and Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Vegetarian Ziti with fresh zucchini, mozzarella, fresh basil, and spinach chiffonade
New York Style Cheese Cake with strawberry coulis

Why is this year's seminar paperless? (top)
We believe by posting the handouts online and providing a complimentary CD that includes all presentations at the seminar, attendees can still refer to sessions they attended or are interested in, but without the cost or waste of large binders. Check out the agenda and session descriptions ahead of time; print out the sessions you're likely to attend (the Boise Center offers free wi-fi , so attendess are welcome to bring lap tops to access presentations electronically or use the complimentary CDs to access presentations).
What is your cancellation policy? (top)
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior the seminar. A full refund will be issued for all cancellations received by October 19. Cancellations received after October 19 will receive a refund equal to their registration fee less $80.00 (for course materials and food).
