customary charges.

The Idaho Industrial Commission has adopted a new
rule governing payments for medical services under the
Idaho Workers' Compensation Law. This rule is effective
April 2, 2008, and is applicable to all workers’ compensation medical
services provided on or after April 2, 2008. Click
