Adjudication at the Idaho Industrial Commission

• The Commissioners of the Idaho Industrial Commission provide decisions in workers' compensation disputes between workers and employers/sureties. These cases may be appealed to the Idaho Supreme Court. The Commission may also reconsider cases.
• Decisions of the Industrial Commission are available on this web site. Earlier decisions may be researched at the Idaho State Law Library.
