Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability Fund |
|
The Commission has adopted a rule regarding the Peace Officer
and Detention Officer Temporary Disability fund. This rule may
be viewed in
IDAPA 17.02.04.004.
An employer eligible to seek reimbursement from the
Fund should download
the application and send it to:

CVCP Reduction in Payments |
|
All payments made by the Crime Victims Compensation Program on
behalf of victims from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 will
be reduced by 25% due to financial limitations. For more

New Medical Fee Schedule Effective

The Industrial Commission has adopted a new temporary rule,
including the medical fee schedule. A copy may be viewed
