Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability Fund
The Commission has adopted a rule regarding the Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability fund. This rule may be viewed in IDAPA 17.02.04.004. An employer eligible to seek reimbursement from the Fund should download the application and send it to:

An employee disputing eligibility for benefits including the continuation of salary may file a Complaint for Benefits Under Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability Act. Such disputes will be decided in accordance with the Commission’s current rules and procedures governing disputes in all other workers’ compensation claims.
